Ashlin Simpson is a senior programme manager at Code for Africa with a multi-disciplinary background in public policy and communication science.  She is currently leading Code for Africa’s new primary research desk to improve programme impact, identify gaps, and generate new insights into civic tech, digital democracy and data journalism issues across Africa.
